In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1  By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the jlaaa platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them, together with jlaaa's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2  Your continued use of the jlaaa platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jlaaa will notify registered Users of material amendments via the platform notification system or by email to the address associated with your Account.

2.3  These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlaaa with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

2.4  If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

3.1  To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on jlaaa, you must, at all times:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be physically located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a citizen or resident of a Prohibited Territory;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlaaa, PAGCOR, or any equivalent regulatory body;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines and your country of residence;
• Be accessing the platform for personal entertainment only and not on behalf of any third party.

3.2  Age Verification. jlaaa reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing KYC review. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC card, or Voter's ID).

3.3  Where jlaaa has reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be under 21 years of age, jlaaa will suspend the Account, freeze any balance, and conduct a mandatory age verification. If the User fails to provide satisfactory verification within the period specified by jlaaa, the Account will be permanently closed and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source, with all winnings forfeited.

3.4  jlaaa employees, directors, officers, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player Account or participate in any jlaaa promotion.

4.1  Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on jlaaa. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings across all related Accounts.

4.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid Philippine mobile number in active use by you;
• A unique password meeting jlaaa's minimum complexity requirements;
• Your province and city of residence within the Philippines.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jlaaa will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.

4.4  You must notify jlaaa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials.

4.5  jlaaa reserves the right to decline any Account application or to close an existing Account without providing reasons, subject to returning any verified funds held therein to the Player where required by applicable regulation.

5.1 Deposits

jlaaa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Mobile, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability at the time of your transaction. The minimum deposit is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100.00. All funds are held in your jlaaa Wallet in Philippine Peso. jlaaa does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.00. Before processing any withdrawal, jlaaa may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method:

• GCash: Typically within 30 minutes for verified Accounts;
• PayMaya: Typically within 1–2 hours for verified Accounts;
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank): 1–3 Philippine business days.

jlaaa reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal exceeding PHP 50,000.00 within a 24-hour period.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jlaaa complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). jlaaa may delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that such transaction is associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Such cases may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6.1  jlaaa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The specific terms, eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and expiry dates applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms and shall form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player.

6.2  Where a wagering requirement applies to a Bonus, the Bonus amount (and any winnings derived therefrom) may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3  Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another Account. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploiting promotions using multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of all Bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

6.4  jlaaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account shall be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of the credit.

6.5  Bonuses claimed through the welcome promotion are available only to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per payment method.

7.1  You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the jlaaa platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, data mining tools, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the platform or any game;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in any game and shall report any such issues to jlaaa immediately upon discovery;
• Deposit funds obtained through illegal means or use the platform to launder money;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location to jlaaa or any third-party payment provider;
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any jlaaa software or Content;
• Engage in any conduct that jlaaa reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the reputation of jlaaa.

7.2  Any breach of this Section may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of Wallet balances and Bonus credits, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC as appropriate.

8.1  Each game available on jlaaa is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

8.2  All games on jlaaa operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. The stated RTP values for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

8.3  In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the normal conclusion of a game round, the wager placed for that round will be voided and returned to the Player's Wallet. Any winnings paid due to a verifiable software malfunction are void and shall be recovered by jlaaa from the Player's Wallet.

8.4  All results generated by the jlaaa platform and its certified game providers are final. jlaaa's decision on disputed game outcomes, following a good-faith review, shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

9.1  All Content on the jlaaa platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, interface designs, audio, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of jlaaa or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

9.2  jlaaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Content without jlaaa's prior written consent.

9.3  The jlaaa name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of jlaaa. Unauthorized use of any jlaaa trademark is strictly prohibited.

10.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlaaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlaaa platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if jlaaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2  jlaaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the ninety (90) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  jlaaa does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance via the platform notification system where operationally feasible.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlaaa's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1  jlaaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines for online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.

11.2  The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jlaaa Players from the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may only be reduced, not increased, before a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period elapses;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once reached, access to all wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration. Upon reaching the limit, a break reminder is displayed and the option to end the session is presented;
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-ups displaying time elapsed and net result during the current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from jlaaa for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, all access to gaming and deposits is blocked. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the expiry of the chosen period.

11.3  jlaaa may apply a mandatory self-exclusion to any Account where jlaaa identifies indicators of problem gambling, including but not limited to rapid successive deposits, statements of gambling-related distress, or unusual patterns of play inconsistent with recreational gaming.

11.4  Players who require support with problem gambling are encouraged to seek assistance. jlaaa's support team at [email protected] is available 24/7 to assist with activation of responsible gaming tools and referral to appropriate support resources.

12.1  Suspension by jlaaa. jlaaa may suspend an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where jlaaa reasonably suspects:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or unauthorized payment methods;
• The Account is being used by, or on behalf of, a person other than the registered Account holder;
• The Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements under Section 3;
• A regulatory, law enforcement, or court order requires suspension.

12.2  Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jlaaa support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified Wallet balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable time, provided that no pending investigations are ongoing. Any unclaimed Bonus credits will be forfeited upon closure.

12.3  Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). jlaaa reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee of PHP 100.00 from a dormant Account's Wallet balance, provided that the Wallet balance remains above PHP 100.00. jlaaa will notify the Player by SMS or email before commencing dormancy fees.

13.1  In the event of a dispute between you and jlaaa, you should first contact jlaaa's customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your Account username, and any supporting documentation. jlaaa will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days.

13.2  If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal process in clause 13.1, you may escalate the matter to jlaaa's designated complaints officer at [email protected], clearly marked as "Formal Complaint." jlaaa will provide a final decision within 28 calendar days of receipt of the formal complaint.

13.3  For unresolved disputes involving jlaaa's compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions, a complaint may be lodged with PAGCOR through its official channels as the applicable regulatory authority.

13.4  You agree that prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you will complete the internal complaint process outlined in clauses 13.1 and 13.2 above in good faith.

14.1  These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2  The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

14.3  To the extent permitted by Philippine law, both parties waive any right to a trial by jury and agree that all disputes shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15.1  jlaaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at jlaaa.co/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

15.2  For material amendments — those that materially affect Players' rights or obligations — jlaaa will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform notification system or by email to registered Players' contact addresses, where technically feasible.

15.3  Your continued use of the jlaaa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Wallet balance before the effective date of the amendment.
